ATIS

Founded in 2013 by CEO Chip Smith, ATIS grew quickly to become a leading full-service elevator management, consulting, and inspection services company in the U.S. Smith joins the newly merged company as an owner, board member, and CEO.

Liberty Elevator Experts

Founded in 2014, Liberty Elevator Experts is a fast-expanding consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, and the creation of Chris Dodds, who joins the newly merged company as an owner, board member, and full-time executive focused on business development.

KJA Consultants

KJA was founded in 1965 and operates in six locations across Canada. Owner Mark Davies becomes an owner, board member, and full-time executive of the new organization. The KJA team brings nearly six decades of experience to the partnership, along with their innovative, proprietary maintenance management software E2M.
